Returns and Refund Policy

All products are made to order and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner.

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Wrong size selection.

  • Wrong color or style selection.

  • Buyer’s remorse.

  • Personal preference.

Printify and our store only offer replacements or refunds for orders that are defective or damaged.

Eligible issues include:

  • Items that arrive damaged.

  • Printing errors.

  • Incorrect items received.

Minor differences in print placement, sizing tolerances, or color variation are normal in print-on-demand production and are not considered defects.

To report an issue, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can then contact Printify to issue the reprint or refund within the allotted time.

Your request must include:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Clear photos that show the problem.

Claims submitted without photos may not be approved.

Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost to you.
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the issue resulted from a fulfillment error.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
